Eduxplorers LMS Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eduxplorers Learning Management System ("LMS") and any associated services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Eduxplorers. ("Eduxplorers," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before accessing or using the Services.

Account Registration

 In order to access and use the Services, you may be required to create an account ("Account") with Eduxplorers LMS. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your Account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or any content provided through the Services without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree not to:

1. Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
2. Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
3. Post, share, or transmit any content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
4. Use the Services to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
5. Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Services or any content provided through the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is the property of Eduxplorers or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

User-Generated Content

 By submitting, posting, or sharing content through the Services ("User-Generated Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User-Generated Content in connection with the Services and our business, subject to our Data Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit, post, or share your User-Generated Content and that your User-Generated Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of any such websites or services.
